funds collected and expenditures

To maintain transparency we are display our funds collected and various financial dealings of HITA.

• The membership amount which is 150rs ,out of that 50rs will be used for  id card certificate and etc.

And the remaining 100rs will be in HITA fund which will be used for the social service.

•  so far the membership fund is rs.9150 until date 20july2011..
• the fund collected for the girl in medical help from various departments and colleges is rs.35,000.in which rs.30,000 has been given to the girl as primary help and remaining aid will be given soon with  the addition of funds procured to the girl after tv9 interview.
• the fund procured from individual sources is rs.3872

the expenditures are rs.8267.(includes id cards,food donations etc).

hita back into act again

we have done
food donation at orphanage on 7/6/11,
donated shoes to orphans on 14/6/11,
celebrated 5 kids birthday at the orphanage,
conducted drawing competition to give the orphans some entertainment and support,
now the task is to collect as much as contributions to help a kid suffering with hole in heart which requires
about 3,00,000 rs for treatment.
collected so far 9,500rs and still going on.
we wish every one would give us a helping hand in saving the kid.

HITA has succesfully completed 5 events so far in one month, and since all our members are having exams so we have gave a break and we will be back with more events as soon as possible.

event 1

we have decided to conduct an essay writing and drawing competition at railway school for those students stdudying there to bring out their innovative skills.
This event will be held on 3rd march(if its a holiday) or 4th march, and prizes will be distributed on 5th march.

aims and objectives

     To inculcate
the philanthropic attitude among the student community


     To encourage
meritorious and hard working students by suitable monetary/ non monetary
support.


     To
constantly endeavour to discourage child labour and encourage rehabilitation of
child labour.


       To “adopt”
poor students who cannot afford higher education for the purpose of pursuance
of their educational needs.


       To spread
the value of education to the remotest corners of the country so that every child
up to 14 years of age gets free education.


     To support
old age homes with a view to have a symbiosis between orphanAges and old age
homes so that the emotional needs of both of them get mutually satisfied, with
a concept of grand-father grand-son relationship.


        To support
orphanages with both monetary and non-monetary inputs so that the orphans grow
with love and care.


       To take up
and sponsor any socially useful and vibrant project which would strengthen
philanthropic approach of the society and channelize the students’ energy into
positive channels.   


    To subscribe
or to give donation to or aid financially or otherwise to any other society or
charitable organizations.


     To contribute by the way of donations to
the poor and help monetarily for the purpose of charitable, educational and
cultural activities.


     To help the People during national
